What I learned in grad school this week.
It’s been a year of fun and play time but now it’s time to get serious. My first week of graduate school began on Wednesday and it was a doozy! (Not really…)
What I learned:
I don’t remember anything I learned during my time as an undergraduate at the same university I am attending for graduate school.
The “American Dietetic Association” changed their name to “The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics” which totally make sense because most people have no idea what the word “dietetic” means.
I’m going to go broke rather quickly this time around.
There are a lot of females in my program…per usual.
I better get damn used to getting up in front of my peers and talking about some kind of nutrition-related subject that I should probably know every single detail about.
I might actually enjoy it.
(PS) I’m going to start updating my Tumblr with information I learn that I find interesting…and also a good way for me to remember it! WEE!
